PixiFlow AI Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

PixiFlow AI (“PixiFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the PixiFlow AI app and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the PixiFlow AI iOS application and any related support channels we operate. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Permissions

2.4 Face-related processing

When an uploaded image contains a face, our processing pipeline may detect facial landmarks (for example, approximate positions of eyes, nose, or mouth) solely to generate natural motion and visual effects. This processing is performed to create creative video output — not for identity verification, authentication, surveillance, or building a facial recognition database.

Depending on your local law, face-related signals may be treated as biometric or sensitive data. We process such signals only as needed to deliver the feature you requested.

3. How Generation Processing Works

  1. You select an image in the app.
  2. The image is transmitted to our processing environment over an encrypted connection.
  3. AI models analyze the image and apply the selected motion style.
  4. The resulting video is returned to your device for preview, download, or sharing.
  5. Source images used for a generation job are deleted from processing storage after the job completes. Temporary result files may be retained for a short period (typically up to 24–72 hours) so you can re-download if needed, then permanently deleted, unless a longer period is required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Refusing photo/camera permissions or declining to upload media means you cannot use generation features, but browsing non-generation parts of the app (if available) may still work.

4. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party SDKs

To provide analytics, attribution, and product-improvement capabilities, the Service integrates the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). These providers process certain device, usage, and identifier data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies. They do not receive your uploaded photos or generated videos for those purposes.

5.1 Adjust

5.2 ThinkingData

On iOS, advertising identifiers used for cross-app tracking are collected only after you grant App Tracking Transparency permission where required. Denying tracking permission does not prevent use of core generation features, though attribution accuracy may be limited.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information only in these situations:

For certain advanced styles or generation modes, image data may be processed by specialized third-party AI APIs. Those providers are instructed to process data only to fulfill the request and not to retain it longer than necessary for that purpose.

7. Data Retention

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on processing systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use the Service responsibly.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including by third-party analytics and attribution providers. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location (for example, EEA/UK/California), you may have additional rights such as restriction of processing, objection, portability, or appeal of certain decisions. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The mobile app itself does not primarily rely on browser cookies. It may use software development kits, device identifiers, and similar technologies for analytics and attribution as described in Section 5. If you visit a related web page we host (for example, this policy page), standard server logs or essential cookies may be used for security and basic functionality. We do not place personally identifiable information in cookies.

13. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or apps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are posted. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the app. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
